The terms that govern your access to and use of the VAKROS platform and services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Customer," "you") and VAKROS, Inc. ("VAKROS," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, requesting a demo, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
VAKROS provides an automation-driven managed security platform that may include 24/7 SOC monitoring, proactive threat hunting, automated incident response, GRC and compliance mapping, and related reporting. Specific features depend on your plan and order. We may update, enhance, or modify the Services over time to improve security and functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. The Services are intended for business use by organizations and authorized users aged 18 or older.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in your order or on our Pricing page. Fees are charged in advance on the billing cycle you select, plus any metered usage above plan limits. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided. We may revise pricing with notice effective at your next renewal term.
VAKROS and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, models, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. You retain all rights to your data; you grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the Services to you.
You retain ownership of the data and security telemetry you submit. We process it to deliver the Services and protect it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to connect the systems and data sources you enable.
We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care and maintain industry-standard security controls. Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No security platform can guarantee prevention of all incidents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to VAKROS in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms apply while you use the Services. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends and we will make your data available for export for a limited period before deletion, consistent with our retention practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
